For over 30 years Gloria has been exploring our planet’s oceans and has dived in a variety of areas around the world. She is a master scuba diver, keen sailor and underwater videographer as well as an educational advisor, science presenter and author.

Gloria is an experienced speaker on climate change and oceans, speaking to audiences both in the UK and Internationally.  She uses original underwater film clips in her lectures.

In her guise as the ‘WeirdFish Lady’ Gloria visits schools presenting ‘Underwater Adventure Days’ inspiring and encouraging learning about the natural world.

Gloria is an author of both fiction and non-fiction books about climate and oceans and is the main science writer at Footprint to the Future.
